He currently resides in Toronto, Canada. After studying at the Art School of Kiev, he pursued his artistic studies at the Academy of Applied Arts in Lvov. During his academic studies, Michael met his wife and lifetime partner, Aleksandra Savina, a professional artist herself. Together, Michael and Aleaksandra travel around the world in search of inspiration; Sketching their favorite nature scenes and cityscapes. They spend endless hours in the studio together painting and brainstorming. Michael and Aleksandra are often sharing sketches, and compete for the better rendition in their own unique style.
