Offsetting throughout, otherwise very good. WITH: a second indenture, 4pp. legal folio, Feb. 25, 1786 in which Wells grants a tract of land to William Armstrong. WITH: a legal content A.L.S. of Wells. WITH: a printed balance sheet measuring 21.5 x 9 in., an accounting of receipts made to the state of Maryland. WITH: a manuscript indenture, 1p. legal folio, Jan. 1, 1785, granting a parcel of land near the Elk River. WITH: a legal document regarding a debt, signed by Baltimore Mayor JAMES A. CALHOUN (1743-1816). WITH: a manuscript electoral list of representatives and candidates for the city, with their numbers; and an unrelated ca. 1700s hand-drawn map of a few blocks in Baltimore, 13.5 x 13.5 and several other pieces.
