Signed ‘Louisville Slugger’ baseball bat, 33.5 in. long, a limited edition piece, commemorating the Yankees’ '1996 MIRACLE SEASON'. Finely engraved in black with the Louisville Slugger insignia and numbered ‘120 of 250’. Signed by Major League baseball players JOE TORRE (b.1940) and FRANK TORRE (b.1931). Joe was the Yankee’s manager when they won the World Series in 1996 as Frank watched on from a hospital bed, having won his own World Series in 1957 as part of the Milwaukee Braves against the Yankees. The Torre brothers sign next to their respective engraved names, Joe adding ‘World Champs 1996’ and Frank adding ‘Gotta have heart’. Presented in a 39.5 x 6 x 4 in. black case with a clear face and black felt-lined bottom. In mint condition.
