This is an exceptional Antique Covered Gravy/Sauce/Tureen, ladle and underplate by Royal Worcester in famous Game Birds pattern.
The sauce tureen has brown/beige tree branch and pine cone pattern, along with a blue scroll-type banner design.
It has an elephant head handles in brown with gilt accents
The lid and the underplate are marked with Worcester backstamp, diamond registration mark, and impressed Worcester mark, that dates the pieces at 1883.
The bowl is 6 3/4" by 4" at the rim and 6 3/4" with the lid.
The underplate is 8 7/8" by 6". The ladle is 7" long
It is really extraordinary piece.
The tureen is in good antique condition. There are some repairs - on two of the feet and on the lid handle.

There could be some small flaws, utensils marks and gold loss consistent with age and use.
Exceptional collector’s piece. Would have a place in any china collection.
