A Northern California landscape painted in a plein air style, depicting water, with architectural and botanical elements, and other forms. Artist signature to lower right. Additional artist signature with title and work details to verso. Presented with a fabric mat border in a gilded gallery frame.

Work Size: 8 x 10 in.

Dimensions: 14.5 X 16.5 X 1.25 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear. Frame having mild to moderate wear to edges and corners. Estate fresh to the market.
