Pair of colony issued currency notes including: 1.) New York colonial currency note for 1/3 dollar dated March 5, 1776, Friedberg Number NY-188. Note printed by Samuel Loudon, and is manuscript serial numbered 1645. Note in good/very good condition with toning. 2.) Delaware colonial currency note for 5-shillings dated January 1, 1776, Friedberg Number DE-77. Note printed by James Adams, and is manuscript serial numbered 87989 with reverse stating "To Counterfeit is Death". Note in good/very good condition.
