This is a nice antique item with a silver stopper.
HALLMARKS: '950' (platinum?), English import mark, 'CH' for Heisler Carl - Mannheim Court's Silversmith, specialized in Rococo sets. In connection with Belgian silversmith Louis Wolfers (1820-1892) and, from 1890, with his son Philippe arts and crafts workshop/kunstgewerbliche Werkstatte.
