Description
Head Game-Pie Dish and Cover, the model attributed to Paul Comol?ra, the tureen affectionately known amongst majolica collectors as The Bunny Tureen; Shape no. 1990, 11 1/2"h, 18"w; the oval body with upright graduated circles within fluted panels all upon with fixed basket weave base with a large rope twist handle to each end, the shallow domed cover molded with yellow florets, with two addorsed hares heads and two mallard heads the handle formed the touching hares ears.
