Description
Chinese, mid 19th Century. Black lacquered wooden box with figures and vining flower on the lid in gold. Loss. 2.25"h. 17" x 17". And an ivory silk shawl with birds and flowers. 48" x 48" not including fringe. Paper label states both pieces were brought from China in 1848 for great aunt Eleanor Speir-Roe.
