Description
Rare Mid-Century task lamp designed by structural engineer Clive Entwistle. Clive was once described by Le Corbusier as 'casting a great light as from an unlimited flash of lightning'. Acrylic and steel. C.1966. Dimensions: H 34" x W 5.75" x D 35" Condition: Minor surface wear, scratches and tarnish consistent with age and use. Some of the fine wires on the shade are loose and the shade has slight dent. Untested.

All the items in this auction remain at our Gallery in Norwalk, CT for pickup or shipping. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Thursday, January 25th - Friday, February 2nd, WEEKDAYS ONLY 9am-5pm. We will offer in-house shipping to the Contiguous USA for select smaller items in this sale, please contact us prior to bidding for a quote as purchases are not contingent on shipping.
