Ancient Roman Terracotta lamp featuring the bust of an actor, late 1st - early 2nd Century AD, the actor, probably well-known during the time, is depicted frontal wearing a mask and resting right hand on a staff. The discus is bordered by grooves with a shoulder rounded nozzle, pierced ring handle and circle base set off by a groove containing maker's mark LMVNPHALE. L: 4 4/5 in (9.5 cm).
