Petite chest or nightstand, painted to emulate tortoiseshell or exotic wood veneer. Likely Danish, c. 1940's. Dimensions: H 25" x W 24" x D 16" Condition: Some distress to paint finish, a few small stress cracks to wood; scattered nicks, dings and minor dents. Bottom escutcheon missing a finishing nail. Repaired crack to one handle on bottom drawer. Wear consistent with age and use. I051
