Frame: 37 x 31 3/4 inches.
The canvas is relined. The varnish creating a somewhat matte finish to the work. Tight craquelure throughout. Examination under UV light shows area of infill to craquelure in figure's hair on left side of face. Other instances of overpainting along border consistent with a relined painting. Few other scattered instances of overpainting below figure's hand and in top of hair. Additional images available upon request.
