NATIVE AMERICAN NAVAJO "EYEDAZZLER"-TYPE WOOL BLANKETS / RUGS, LOT OF TWO, comprising a smaller example with a red field having black / black-brown, white, and faint bluish colors, featuring two large serrated diamond motifs surrounded by small serrated diamonds, and a larger example with a grey ground having black-brown, dark blue, red, and white colors, featuring serrated linear design in an X-form arrangement, each with some sectioned or "lazy" lines. First half/mid 20th century. 23" x 50 1/2" and 44" x 57".

Condition
Smaller example in very good overall condition a few stains, minor to moderate bleeding of red color, bluish color being fugitive/having fading; larger example in good overall condition with some toning and light fading, some wear and tear to edges and to corners, a few stains, one side with a large area of ghosting/transfer bleeding of a green color.
