Left to right, top to bottom 1. After Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) This is number 46 out of 69 in the series The Sixty-nine Stations of the Kiso Kaido, titled "Post Station" The print depicts a snowy winter scene. Two travelers on horseback and two on foot struggle through the snow, with pine trees on either side denoting the edges of the road. In front are the snow-covered Kiso Mountains and the post station itself is not shown. 2.
