HMS 'Royal George', a seal made from a copper nail, engraved 'Part of the Wreck of the Royal George. Sunk 1782. Recovd. 1839', 2.4cm long, and a ship's timber paperweight, in the form of a book, with an applied paper label 'Recovered from the wreck of the Royal George, October, 1839, which sunk at Spithead, August 1782, when the Brave ADMIRAL KEMPENFELT, and Officers, with upwards of 800 of his crew met... watery grave'. 9 x 15.6cm (2) Provenance: The book from the collection of Ted Few.
