Phoenix Glass Company Vaseline glass Ruba Rombic fish bowl designed by Rubin Haley, circa 1930, the bowl resting on a cast iron tripod stand with raised geometric decoration, bowl marked 'P. PATENTED SEPT. 4. 1928. P. G. Co;' in glass, stand marked 'H. HOWELL CO. GENEVA, ILL., PAT. APPL'D FOR, 233,' underneath rim.

Approximate Dimensions:
Bowl h. 8", dia. 14.25"; stand h. 25", dia. 13.25".

Condition

Bowl-- (3) 1/8 -1/4" chips around rim, scattered fleabites, scratches to the underside, 2" wide by 10" long band of haze in glass on one side of bowl. Stand-- sturdy, loss of gilt finish, vestiges remain but most is gone, rust to cast
