Grouping of mostly lady's scarves, some in silk including: Christian Dior in original box - unused; The Metropolitan Museum of Art decorated with lobsters, marked 100% silk; Ralph Lauren in silk; Oscar De La Renta in silk; another silk scarf, unsigned, but in pouch signed Saks Fifth Avenue; and 15 others unsigned most in silk, with the largest scarf in floral pattern, probably not silk, and measures 8' 5" x 2', and with hand sewn border. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
