A Bell & Howell 240 movie camera, 16 MM, with automatic exposure control - appears in good condition - the original case measures 10 1/4"D x 9"W x 61/2"H; together with a Voigtlander Perkeo I folding camera - metal parts on top need cleaning, else good condition. Both circa 1960. Note these cameras have not been tested and sold as found from the Tom Rockwell collection. Provenance: From the Thomas & Gail Rockwell collection, LaGrangeville NY. Tom is the son of the renowned American artist, Norman Rockwell and the author or many children's books. His late wife Gail, was an artist-illustrator and the daughter of Arthur E. Sudler and Janet Whitson Sudler, both early 20th century artists - she illustrated several of her husband's children's books.
