2.9.23-In my opinion regarding LOT: 1269- the upholstery does display some discoloration, dirt, and wear, particularly noted along top back edge and armrests, loose cushion seat has some pulls to thread/ upholstery, the frame appears intact with some wear to paint, light wood wear/nicks, in looking to the underside the springs sag a bit, all commensurate with age and use, the sofa sits well in my opinion
