Overall good condition with scattered scuffs, scratches, nicks, shrinkage cracks, indentations, and separation at joints commensurate with age. Scattered soiling and staining to wood, the largest stain to verso measuring 2" x 1.5". Upholstery in overall good condition with some all-over soiling and general wear commensurate with age and use and a few small pulled threads in the gutters.
