Wooden Pattern Mold for Pressed Glass Lamp Font and Base, America, mid-19th century. Carved patterns for casting mold joined with keyed brass collar fitted to round-tenoned ends, the pedestal base with scalloped rim below faceted tapered column, and the font relief-carved with six arched panels centering a large bull's eye and fleur-de-lys motif, diam. 4 1/2, ht. 10 in.
