A beautiful hand painted color, and ink on paper woodblock horizontal print. Edo Period, features figures walking down a path during a rain storm. Original print can be found in the 1840s series, Record of the Valiant and Loyal Retainers, by the ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Kunisada, also known as Utagawa Toyokuni III. Title series on the right. Print placed in on mat paper. Mat: 20.5"W x 15"H. Sight size: 12.5"W x 8.5"H. Print size: 14.25"W x 9.75"H.
