This antique shotgun features 28" Damascus steel SxS barrels with solid rib and single brass bead front sight. Equipped with extractors. Receiver features an engraved hunting scene with dog and duck on each side. Back side plate presents with floral and scroll border engravings. Bottom of receiver features floral and scroll engraving with 60% coverage. Top tang release, double trigger, and long tang trigger guard. Buttstock and forend are straight grain walnut with hand checkered foregrip and straight grip. Fitted with metal butt plate. CALIBER: 10 Gauge. S/N: 2488. FFL STATUS: Antique.

Barrels have traces of original Damascus pattern with a gray-brown patina. Bores show moderate to heavy pitting. Receiver shows moderate to heavy use. Top tang is loose. Receiver shows moderate to heavy use with no original finish. Forend and buttstock show heavy field use with scratches and dings. Checkering on butt stock and forend are nearly smooth. Buttstock at the action is darkened from oil.
