The first edition of this design was published in 1889. The current print was printed in the Meiji period (1868 - 1912).

The print is in fair state. There is water damage in the lower left of the print. There is some soiling and browning, mainly around the edges of the print. Remnants of a previous mounting or attaching to a folder remain on the back and are visible on the front as well. The central part of the print remains in good state however.
