She'erit Hapleita - cycle for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur according to the Ashkenazi custom, published by Hebrew Publishing Company, New York, with a stamp at the opening in English and Yiddish - given as a gift from American Jews members of the Joint organization, apparently the books that were distributed in the displaced persons camps after World War II. 222 pages, hard cover, 20.5 cm. In medium plus condition: cover worn, a little detached, tear in the upper part of the back of the cover, interior: slightly fragile brown paper, a few stains on the opening and closing.
