Each bulging sides enclosing colorful falangcai, famille rose on a colored ground decoration, of Bajixiang. Each side exterior panel in lemon yellow base underglaze color delightfully decorated with peony rose flowers blooms interspersed with scrolling tendril and fresh foliage. In the center exterior decorated with flori form shape medallion describe in famille rose design hand painting of live scene in humble village with sampan Chinese boat within Lishui waterside, various lush tree, rockwork hill, ruyi clouds, in mountainous landscape, crested peace on mind viewer. Interspersed by colorful leafy tendrils lotus blooms over lemon-yellow ground, set beneath the bands of pale-blue key fret pattern along the rim, with touch of the classic scrolling gilt motif over copper-red ribbon lines on the outer rim and legs.
