Pair of Antique Chinese Zitan carved side tables.Each constructed with gorgeous wide broad framed rectangular top panel surmounted the waisted and beaded apron above intrigue open-works carved shaped skirt, terminating the four cabriole legs leading toward the hoofed foot. All surfaces are delicately decorated with elaborate open-works hand-carving of entwined scrolling floral and foliate, with arrays of diamond-floral motif along the skirts. The carving is deep and detail yet smooth to the touch, giving three dimensional appearance in every angles, revealed a masterpiece of workmanship. The Zitan wood display smooth lustrous dense hardwood with dark purple-brown hues patina and feathery fine grain.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition, with normal anomalies in nature, natural wood imperfection, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent; Normal consider ages and wears.
