Made: Made of hand forged steel, hand hammered and hand chiseled.
Front Plate: Has medallions comprising of flower motifs.
The front plate collar has been engraved to look like a necklace.
Back plate: Has hand engraved 2 flying horse figures and medallions comprising of flower motifs.
Documented: Such plates were used during war at India, between Mughal warriors and Queen of Jhansi state (INDIA) warriors.
The war was led by Queen of JHANSI state , her name was RANI LAXMI BAI ( photo shown ), can be seen her biography at web http://wikipedia.com.
The war period was during 1855 to 1860.
