AN AMERICAN CLASSICAL FLAME MAHOGANY EAGLE WING AND LION'S PAW FOOT MERIDIENNE, EARLY/MID 19TH CENTURY, the asymmetrical sloping back with carved leafy spray at one end and the opposing end curled and mounted with repoussé bronze florette backs a long seat with a tall "S" curve end and shorter like curved end, raised on eagle wings, scaled cabriole legs to hairy lion's paw feet, upholstered in yellow silk moire with brocade trim. Height: 31 1/2" Width: 80" Depth: 24"

Condition

There are some minor scratches, scuffs, small repairs, and oxidation to metal mounts. Slight staining to the upholstery.
