CONDITION: Sign has fair color and shine, with significant surface scratching and surface staining throughout, with the exception of the upper-third of the field containing the graphic. The outer edges of the piece show areas of surface staining and surface scratching, as well as paint loss along the bottom edge and in the bottom advertising panel.
