(A) SSG. A nice example of this reverse painted glass Capital Fire Insurance sign with a colorful graphic and custom frame. CONDITION: Field of this sign remains nice with no significant detractions. Few isolated areas of paint loss to the extreme outer edges of the glass. Minor crazing in the center graphic around the letters. Piece displays well in custom frame and would be a nice addition to any collection. (B) SSP. Amazing porcelain sign from The Travelers Life and Accident Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut. This sign shows some chipping to the edges and some surface scratching to the face of the sign itself, but overall, this is in good condition with strong cobalt blue and white colors. It also has a nicely added hanging chain. (C) SSP. This sign is marked "P. E. Co. 84, W. Broadway, N.Y.". This sign is an excellent early piece of insurance advertising, with a great script, excellent color and gloss to the overall piece. It has only some minor edge wear and surface scratching in the face. Condition: (8.75). Dimensions: 21" X 15-1/4"
