c. 1865 Abraham Lincoln Assassination Period, Ferrotype Photo Composite "Mourning Badge" with Silk Ribbon with ornate gold gilt framed image of Lincoln on a stark black ribbon with original gold gilt fasteners and lapel/clip clasp still attached, Extremely Fine.
The small Tintype Photo of the late Assassinated President shown with his trademark beard. is framed within a gilded ornate medal frame. Photo measures about 1'' x .75'' with the black ribbon measuring 4.5'' x 1.25" and is about 5.5" long overall including the brass chain/lapel clip clasp at top.
