Description
Large Spanish Colonial 16th-17th Century Inca Kero Cup. Used by the Inca and their descendants to drink chicha - a type of fermented corn beer. Carved from dense hardwood with conical shape flaring towards the top, small incised band near the center and at the base. May date pre-Columbian but has what appears to be steel wire being used for the repair on the wood split. 6 1/4" by 4 3/8" Key words: Ancient, Prehistoric Native American Indian Artifacts, Arroweads, Stone Tools
