The publication comes in original portfolio. Count Aleksei Bobrinsky, 1852 to 1927, was a Russian historian and statesman, descendant of Catherine the Great. Bobrinsky was actively involved in archeology and collected ancient bronzes. After the October Revolution he emigrated to France.
