Chinese Presentation Officer's Dagger Fully Inscribed Grip With Leather Hanger And Chinese Character Marked Blade. The Presentation Indicated "Presented To Major-General Ho Tung" Upon Graduation From Military School And "Presented By Kaing Kai Shek, College Chancellor: Tiang Zhong Zhu." There Is A Second Presentation, On The Reverse, "To The Executive Officer Of The USS Asheville, Mr. R.C. Moureau In November 1938 By Mayor Of Swatow, "China." And A Photo Album: "Sino-Japanese Hostilities," Also Presented To The "Executive Officer Of The USS Asheville, Mr. R.C. Moureau, With The Compliments Of Ho Tung, Mayor Of Swatow, November 1938." This Photo Album Depicts The Destruction Of Property And Suffering Of The People During The Invasion Of The Japanese Military Into China. Full Length 14.5 Inches. Blade Length 9 Inches.
