About: Built on a solid walnut base with a confident stance this stately armchair is a fine example of early American Modern design. As comfortable as it is aesthetically pleasing with a high backrest and tufted back buttons upholstered in it's original black vinyl this lounger is perfect in a library living room or office space against a wide-ranging backdrop of design pallets ranging from MCM to Contemporary. Condition Details: This splendid lounge chair is in 100% original vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The vinyl is in excellent shape considering it's age showing no rips stains or odors whatsoever. The solid walnut frame is also in excellent condition showing only light surface scratches but no gouges stains or deep scratches whatsoever and the wood grain is absolutely stunning in natural light. This lounger is incredibly comfortable structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
