Description

Fitz Hugh Lane (1804-1865) original Exhibition poster from the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. The underlying piece is titled Lumber Schooners at Evening on Penobscot Bay, which is after the original which was painted in 1863. This poster was produced on heavy stock 300 gsm, museum paper, and it measures 34 inches x 42 inches with the frame. It is framed under glass in a gold and wood tone frame. It was produced in 1988, under the auspices of the Board of Trustees of the National Gallery of Art. This piece was acquired from the estate of an ex-employee of the National Gallery in Washington, DC. , 34IN x 42IN (86cm x 107cm), LOT REF #24-061
