10 uncirculated $2 bills that are stamped at the U.S. Post Office in Richmond, Virginia on July 4th, 1976. The $2 bills came back into production for the 1976 Bicentennial Celebration. Previously, the $2 bill had been out of production since 1966. These bills have been stored together in plastic sleeves for 47 years and are in uncirculated condition. 6 of the bills are consecutively numbered. All of these bills were made at the Washington, DC mint., , LOT REF #23-306
