A pair of Berlin (KPM) porcelain equestrian figures designed by Adolpf Amberg, early 20th century, incised numbers, printed sceptre andorb marks, greatest 17"h x 16"l. Note: Designed by Adolph Amberg in 1905 to commemorate the wedding of Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm and Cecilie von Mecklenburg-Schwerin, these figures depict the couple as classical figures: the groom as a Roman warrior and the bride as Europa on the bull.
