Description
An antique 19th-century hand-painted porcelain lidded serving bowl by Meissen Porzellan, a prominent German porcelain manufacture. Design by Johann Joachim Kaendler and Johann Friedrich Eberlein, 1737. Round piece with elaborate relief surface depicting swans and floral decoration. Fish side handles. The lid is topped with a snail figurine. Gilt rims. Crossed swords hallmark, 397152 12365 mark in red on the bottom. Collectible Porcelain Ware, Tableware And Serveware.
