Description
A Victorian three stone turquoise and diamond ring, c. 1877, with three graduated cabochon turquoise belcher set to the ring head, interspaced with small old mine cut diamonds, to a tapering plain band, Birmingham 1877, together with a Victorian turquoise cluster ring, centred by a rub set rose cut diamond encircled by a quatrefoil of cabochon turquoise, to shoulders accented with smaller cabochon turquoise. Glazed panel on the reverse of the ring head. Tested as approximately 18ct gold, 5.30g (2) Ring sizes M½, P Condition Report: General wear to the settings of both rings. One of the cabochons in the quatrefoil cluster is chipped. The central stone of the three stone ring could be a later replacement.
