Description
Three pieces of English Ironstone in the Imari palette, circa 1830, Hicks & Meigh octagonal ironstone platter in pattern No. 7, transfer printed and hand colored in the Imari palette, depicting an Asian inspired garden, marked with a printed Royal Arms over STONE CHINA/No. 7 in blue, en verso; together with two Imari palette soup plates, decorated with a garden scene framed with iron red and gilt reserves, apparently unmarked.

Condition
Scattered glaze and manufacturing imperfections. Platter- loss of gilt at rim, fleabite at rim, utensil marks indicative of light use. Soup plates- wear to gilt at rims, no chips or hairlines.
