Offered here for your consideration are two nicely beaded bags from the early to mid 20th century. The larger bag is made of brained tan leather and is decorated with tightly sinew sewn small beads strung with thread in lovely stripe patterns of green, black, red, yellow, blue and white beads. Additionally, this bag features a bead edged top flap, red felt edging on the sides and bottom, plus dangling flaps with beads at each bottom corner. The longer bag has an interesting shape and is made with brain tanned leather and features a larger top flap. This bag is highlighted with tightly sinew sewn bead work in light blue with black beads as well as white heart red and white beads. This bag also features tin cone drops, red colored hair tips and a leather handle.
