Biography from the Archives of askART: The following information is from the Indianapolis Star, Obituary Section, March 31, 2006. Born December 21, 1919 in Poland, Indiana. He graduated from Herron School of Art and was a WWII Veteran. He was a commercial artist at Bradford & Vietor and a fine artist most of his life, known for his paintings of steam engines and landscapes. His interests included nature, photography and fossils. He was actively involved in charity work, including the Toy Workshop, making toys donated to the Concord Neighborhood Center."
