A pair of American Art Deco period ( circa 1930) patinated bronze bookends on onyx bases featuring Chinese children, a boy and a girl, playing and reading books, signed "H.M. White" for female sculptor Hester Mabel White (1848-1948).
Approximate measurements: 8.75" H x 6.5 " L x 2.75" W or 22.2cm h x 16.5cm L x 7cm D
