Description
**First Time At Auction**

Roman, Eastern Mediterranean, Imperial Period, ca. 2nd to 3rd century CE. A free-blown glass vase of delicate form exhibiting a spherical body, a tapering cylindrical neck, and a thin rim. The neck is adorned with slender trails of glass that are slightly thicker at regular intervals. Layers of silvery iridescence have formed across the interior of the vessel which add to its opulent presentation. Size: 3.26" W x 7.375" H (8.3 cm x 18.7 cm)
