These days China is coming out with large freshwater pearls that are comparable to the best saltwater pearls.
Most people see the small cheap button or potato shape pearl strands.
The 14k yellow gold clasp is stamped 14k and is set with small round single cut diamonds .10 carats total.
The pearls average 11mm in diameter.
There are some natural surface blemishes but overall the look is beautiful and the luster is excellent.
