MAKAROV Viktor (1932 - 2018) - painter, member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and the International Professional Union of Artists, veteran of labor, participant of city, regional, all-Ukrainian and international exhibitions. In 2000, the artist was awarded the title of National Master of Painting.
