Inscribed at the bottom right as "Never Quit! RO" and numbered 320/911 in silver felt tip pen. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA, with identification sticker to right of signature. No visible flaws, very fine.

The hand-printed inscription reads in full:
"Here he is? Standing in his bedroom, three feet in front of me is Osama Bin Laden? He's not surrendering? I don't know what he's doing? He's maneuvering somehow and has his hands on his wife Amal's shoulders, pushing her toward me? He's taller than I thought? His beard is shorter and gray? I'm staring at his nose? I knew it was him right away? I thought 'he's got to have a suicide vest on'? I think he was using Amal as a shield, but she was much shorter than he was? I shot him twice in the face and once when he was on the ground? You can just see the blood on his face as he layed at the foot of the bed? I can hear him take his last breath as the smoke was coming out? And on a mission where I was supposed to die? Now I'm leaving?"

Robert J. O'Neill (b.1976) is a former U.S. Navy SEAL whose military career spanned between 1996 and 2012. After participating in May 2011's Operation Neptune Spear with SEAL Team Six, he became the subject of controversy for claiming to be the sole individual to kill Osama bin Laden.
